Data Deletion Instructions

ShockAI’s apps let our clients connect their Facebook Page, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube account so we can publish the posts they approve. You can ask us to delete the data we hold from that connection at any time. Here is how.
Ask us to delete your data
- Email shockmediapr@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Include the name of the account or Page you connected (for example, your Facebook Page name or YouTube channel name).
- Within 30 days, we delete the stored access tokens and connection records for that account, and we confirm by email once it is done.
Remove our app from Facebook yourself
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy › Settings.
- Go to Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find ShockAI and choose Remove.
This stops our access right away. To have the data we already stored deleted too, send the email above.
Other platforms
- YouTube / Google — remove ShockAI on your Google Account permissions page.
- LinkedIn — remove ShockAI under Settings › Data privacy › Permitted services.
What is deleted, and what stays
- Deleted by us: the access tokens for your account, the connection record (account name and ID), and any post schedules or insights we stored for it.
- Stays on the platform: posts we already published live on your own Page, profile, or channel. They stay there unless you delete them on that platform.
